Creating New Web Applications

Hello,

Our ERP system is Infor FSM. We are trying to lock down our item master so certain groups have different access to editing items. We have created different forms and put "display only" under fields to make them un-editable.

We would like to create new web applications to be able to put unique menus and navigation for different accesses. How can we create new web applications? We have only found how to configure existing web applications.

There isn't support today for creating new net web applications. You can only configure existing ones.

Would you mind sharing your use case or what you had in mind here?

As you posted in the "** General Discussion ""', it would be useful if you could mention the ERP product that you are using. If it was LN related, I could try to help with it, but not with the many other possible software products in this community.

There isn't a way in FSM to create your own brand new web apps, but what we've done is to take some of the web apps that we weren't ever going to use (for example, Kitchen Management) and configure them in config console (giving them a new title, description, menu/navigation and home page).

Ok, I was hoping there might be a way to create a new one altogether but this makes sense. We did this a little bit with existing web apps.
