Visualizer & Designer Gone

I created a test space to connect to a new MSSQL database and everything seemed to work fine.  I was able to extract data and publish separately fine, and even create a report in Visualizer.  I then scheduled an extract/publish and let that ran.  Afterward, Visualizer and Designer is no longer there.  Is there something I need to do to get it back?  Never encountered this before.  See image.

If you look at another space, there's Visualizer and Designer there.

Hi Chai,

You might want to check the following:

• You are in a space, sometimes when you log into BIRST it doesn't default you into a space and so you won't have the Visualizer button.
• If you are in a space make sure you are in a space group.
• If you are in a space group make sure your space group has 'Visualizer Access' enabled under permissions.
• If all else fails you can make yourself space owner/admin to verify that it's a permission issue.

Remember to come out and go back into the space to see the effect of any of the above changes.
