Is there a way to configure an email notification sent via exit rule to contain a button/link that when clicked triggers an action/update in Infor?
As an example - we have an notifications sending to VPs that contain a link to a form in Infor. When they click the link they are redirected into the system to update the form and submit their response.
Can we configure something in the original email notification sent via exit rule that they can click to document their acknowledgement/approval rather than take the additional steps of going into the system to do it.
We are using IPA to do this for some workstreams in the system, but are curious if we can do this with LPL only without triggering an IPA.
