Nick, THe individual what's new files need to be consolidated into a set of traditional release notes. We have been asked by one of our customers to provide a set of release notes for their auditors and sending them 20+ files seems not the best solution.
Mike, with every major release you have always one single Release highlights published in this section (you can see it on the screenshot). For instance, this was 2024.10:
and the Release notes Excel spreadsheet also gives you single view to all changes over the latest releases in one file
