Enhancement Request for OLAP Modeling: bulk move elements to new parents

I just created ER 115855: "Bulk move elements from current parents to new parent"

FYI, those links dont work for me. Ive noticed this before on other peoples posts about ERs. For me, I dont seen the ER section in Conciergeor Infor Customer Portal and if I search for "Enhancement" in either location I get nothing back (of course I also get nothing back if I search "Infor" so clearly that facility is not working at all). 

Perhaps ERs are now only accessible internally? How do you typically navigate to it?
