Just wounding if anyone else is seeing this.
A few time per month the customer is finding a user has not cleared from the SAM User Connections.
The user can't login to Opera until the Opera service is restarted on the server to clear the connections
We have a suspicion it is possibly related to the Importer function which is used from the import wizard, Bespoke forms which call it and external standalone apps which run on a schedule and use SAM configured External User. Coincidently, the same user is often used of all these functions. We have changed some of these today to see if the problem function become obvious.
