As of May 31st, the following actions will apply to all Endorsement Requests (ERs) based on their endorsement status and time in the system:
- ERs in the system for at least one year as of May 31st:
- With the minimum number of unique endorsements - 10 (from separate organizations/companies):
→ These ERs will be moved to the June prioritization phase. - Without the minimum number of unique endorsements:
→ These ERs will be placed in the “To Be Archived” view for 30 days, after which they will be archived.
- ERs with the minimum number of unique endorsements by May 31st (regardless of time in the system):
→ These will also be moved to the June prioritization phase. - ERs without the minimum number of unique endorsements by May 31st - that have NOT been in the system for one year, will remain in the OPEN view and can continue to be endorsed.
Reminder: The minimum number of unique endorsements must be met by May 31st to avoid archiving or delay in prioritization.
