Path: Payroll Administrator → Regulatory Reporting → Current Employment Statistics Reporting → Surveys

Current Challenge:

To view employee and wage details by Division (HRLocation) in the CES Survey form, users must open each Division/HRLocation individually. This process is time-consuming and inefficient, especially during audits or internal reviews.

Proposed Enhancement:

Enable users to view and export all employee details grouped by Division/HRLocation directly from the CES Survey form—no more drilling into each one separately.

Technical Solution:

• Create a one-to-many relationship from CESOutputTransmitterHeader to CESOutputEmployeeDetail.
• Update CESOutputEmployeeDetailList to include HRLocation (labeled as "DivisionCode").
• Modify CESOutputTransmitterHeaderList to:
  • Add a new "Employees" tab.
  • Display the list as CESOutputEmployeeDetail set.CESOutputEmployeeDetailList.

Benefits:

• Streamlines audit preparation and internal reviews.
• Saves time with bulk export of employee data by Division.
• Improves visibility and usability of CES reporting.
