I have a customer experiencing an issue with XRL. When they click "Logon," the system automatically logs in without prompting for credentials, and once logged in, nothing functions as expected.
I have already taken the following steps:
- Cleared all user profiles
- Rebooted the server
- Confirmed that the XRL version is supported
Has anyone encountered this issue before or have any suggestions for further troubleshooting?
