Application Studio - Example of how to use the Item List With Icons web extension?

Hello, I'm wanting to use the "Item List With Icons" web extension in Application Studio, but I can't find any documentation or examples of how to use it properly.

I've tried to setup the data as described in the web extension setup, but it's just not reading my table correctly.

I tried to update my post with pictures but it didn't work, so I'll try here.

Here is the web extension editor:

This is how I have the data table for the List of Items and Item data set up:

And this is how it shows up on the web:

Where my Income Statement icon is, the output when clicking on that actually gives Balance Sheet instead of Income Statement, and the same for each item, the outputs are all pushed over one item.

your list of items and item data dont match up

ie
list of items is AL124:AL127
Item data is AL123:AR127

try setting item data to AL124

I tried this and the web extension disappears, so it doesn't like that input either.

Then I tried to expand and say AL123:AL127 for the list of items, and AL123:AR127 for the item data, the web extension works but it adds an extra list item where the caption reads "caption", the description reads "description", and the image is null, and when you click on this button, it throws an internal error.

Hi Jacob, you need to create a setproperty cell to generate an xml statement - see my example below

=SETPROPERTY("",B42:B46,C41,C42:C46,D41,D42:D46,E41,E42:E46,F41,F42:F46,G41,G42:G46,H41,H42:H46)

Ahh.. yeah, that works. I guess this extension needs the xml instead of the data table. Awesome, thanks Peter!
