Not sure where to even post this question….?
The Cleared Balance for the Entire Account number is off and I don't know why.
When I calculate the cleared balance (The Entire Account balance minus the outstanding items under the Displayed Record account balance) it has always equaled our bank balance. Something went wrong in March/April 2025 and it has been off (the same amount) since. How can we fix it?
