Backflush a fixed amount of hours against a job

We have 1 product that we manufacture that has a heat treating operation done after hours (unattended).

This particular heat treating operation takes 2.5 hours every time we make this product.

How can I set the jobs for this product to automatically backflush 2.5 hours for this heat treating operation?

Is the setting in the job operations form (set the backflush field and enter the 2.5 hours in the fixed schedule hours field)?
