I’ve submitted an enhancement request to Infor regarding the MSCM app compatibility with newer Android OS versions. While a support case is open, Infor has confirmed they cannot provide a timeline for when support for newer Android versions (such as Android 13 or 14) will be available.
Currently, MSCM only supports Android versions 8.1.0, 10, and 11 on Zebra handhelds. Devices running newer OS versions are not compatible and may experience app failures.
