Have you guys experienced this issue with Loftware?
The job appears in the Loftware software print queue but is stuck on pending it comes back with an error "Error M2231 Error Opening Port M1583 Connection Timed Out". However, we have tested and was able to ping the printer and print via notepad directly to the printer. The issues only occurs when printing from Visual.
We are currently scratching our heads on this issue, any input would be great. Thank you.
