The group agreed to switch from weekly to
monthly meetings
due to the pause in testing until the April 2026 release.
Second Thursday of each month
was proposed to avoid month-end conflicts.

Batch Allocation
: Both Cooper and Medicis use batch allocation; discussed prioritization by department or physician.
Container Handling
: Practices vary by department; some require decasing, others allow cartons.
Warehouse Layout
: Items are generally grouped by category; dynamic bin moves are being explored for efficiency.
Picking Methods
:
Cooper uses single-order picking but is exploring batching for similar items.
Cluster picking was identified as a useful method.
Interest in splitting large pick lists across multiple pickers based on tote capacity.
