IPA - Landmark Transaction Node Query Filter Not Recognizing Assigned Variable

I have a Landmark Transaction node and am trying to query a BC where an existing field (CRLookup) on the business class is equal to a variable (IPACRLookup) I've assigned a value to earlier in the IPA.

When I try to test the filter I continue to receive an error that the variable field (IPACRLookup) I've added to the filter isn't a valid field.

I know the issue is with this variable field in the filter because the filter works if I look for a specific value for the existing field (CRLookup). The assign node works as expected for the variable as well.

I'm new to IPA so any assistance would be appreciated.

In your filter string you need to prefix the IPA variable with a less than sign and an exclamation, and add a greater than sign as a suffix. (Spelling it out in case the new community site, with it's lack of code mode, thinks <!IPACRLookup> is an HTML tag or something, either online or in the email notifications...)
