EVS006 Initial Load not triggering custom BOD

I need to generate multiple instances of a custom Sync.ProductStructure BOD whose schema I have registered in ION and also added a namesake document of type ANY to M3 > Admin Tools > EC Configuration > Documents marked as "Send from application." The BOD is enabled for all divisions of the current company in BOD Processor. I have created an initial load in EVS002 using the BOD's noun and verb and the fields used for filtering data. I right-click on it, select Run, enter the filter values in EVS007 and click Next. The job successfully finishes and shows many matching records, so I know my filtering is correct. I expect Event Hub to then show multiple M3BODProcessor:SyncProductStructure events, one for each record matched by my search, but none are showing.

Is my understanding of the mechanism of initial load wrong? Doesn't an EVS007 initial load job trigger a BOD by creating an M3BODProcessor event for every record matched by the filter? I cannot find anything relevant in the Infor docs or other online sources.

UPDATE: Infor Support clarified that the correct BOD to use for the table in question (MPDHED) is BillOfMaterials even though the EVS006 interface allows you to specify any BOD, which is quite confusing. It would make much more sense for the choice of the BOD to be tied directly to the master table involved in the initial load. Anyhow, once I changed the BOD to SyncBillOfMaterials the EVS007 job started generating the BODs.
