This might be a quick one.. has anyone else noticed an issue when sorting on a cross-tab? Is it a known issue?
Seems to sort the measure alphabetically rather than by the value itself , no other filters, basic measures

Looping back to this - Support found that in the data model, the field(s) were declared as type "Number". A temporary solution was to save the field(s) as either a Float/Integer .. this resolved the sort issue. Infor have raised a bug with their development team , but the solution is working in the meantime!
A fix was noted in the Birst Platform release notes for 2025.02 for Visualizer (in Conceirge, refer to KB2054710 article spreadsheet attachment).
