My name is Adrián, and I work in the Pre-sales area at Orkos Technologies, a small local systems integration company.
We are integrating IBM Instana as an observability platform for an Infor WMS and TMS installation. Since there is no native agent to achieve this interoperability, we would like to understand the product's architecture to be able to run the necessary agents and collect traceability information.
For this, we would need to know the components of the platforms, for example, if they use Redis, Kafka, JVM, in what language they are developed, what database they use, etc.
I greatly appreciate any help you can offer us to resolve this situation.
