Hi everyone,

Does anyone know if it’s possible to modify the email body and subject of the standard email that SyteLine sends to vendors when a bank remittance is created?

The system automatically sends the generated document to the vendor, but I haven't been able to find where I can customize the email content (body, subject, etc.) related to this notification.

Has anyone done this before or knows where this configuration or template can be adjusted?

You can do that if you are on SL10. Look for the Document Profile Email Templates form. You can also customize on the Vendor/Customer Document Profiles form but you do need to have a few Features enabled.

In previous versions that would need to be a customization, or use Doc-Trak.
