API call MWS420MI LstPickersPL is used in Factory Track to read/fetch pick lists into Factory Track. In the cloud version of M3, the API returns the order number (RIDN) in the hit list. RIDN is possible to display in PICK LIST view using the free field function.
We have a customer who runs the latest version of Factory Track 7.0 against the latest on-prem version 15.4.
We have added RIDN in the API call through a BE modification in the API LstPickersPL.
However, the RIDN field is not displayed in Factory Track, despite this.
Does anyone know if it is possible to empty the cache on the API call in Factory Track so that Factory Track can read/retreive the order number (RIDN) from the modified API?
Factory Track 7.0 must have built in functions to handle RIDN as it works against Factory Track Cloud version.
The customer lacks a developer license so we cannot use the IDO option.
A possibility perhaps is to implement the BE-modification and then reinstall Factory Track?
