I have a problem in some mappings that calls to OIS100MI produces the wrong values.
For example we call OIS100MI.GetBasicData with input ORNO and want CUNO as the answer. Sometimes the API gives ITDS as CUNO and therefore the next API call fails (Since "Milk" is not a customer in the M3 environment). If I rerun the mapping then it gets the correct answer.
I have sometimes rerun the mapping 1 day after the order was entered and got the error and then it worked on the third time, so doesn't seem to be a timing issue either.
I have also seen the same behaviour in OIS100MI.GetOrderValue and OIS100MI.GetAddress
Does anyone have some good idea how we can correct the environment to get this functioning again? I have not seen the same problem in the test environment.
