New in d/EPM - EPM

I'm new to using d/EPM (EPM) and the INFOR environment in general.

I need help and examples to understand the data flow in BUSINESS APPLICATIONS (EPM) to generate financial analyses, budgets, and consolidated reports, as explained in some videos. (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QQoaW0iTNuY)

Thanks to the webinar on the INFOR YouTube channel, I understand OLAP modeling, but I haven't been able to figure out how to bring data from a cube into the world of Business Applications.

I appreciate you sharing your experience with me. This will help me better understand how to get started. The documentation isn't very clear.

Daniel, welcome to the EPM World :) Can you clarify if you are working with the out-of-the-box Business Application solution or are you asking about general possibilities of building and managing Financial Analysis, budgets and reports? And do you represent particular customer or do you want to start EPM Practices with Infor?

Thank you Nick for your response.

I'm working in both sides. I want to understand how can I work with the OOB Business Application solution and also practice EPM capabilities with custom data. I'm attaching the data that I want to relate into EPM for budgeting ans consolidate analysis.

I have this data into an staging table and I also understand that the EPM Integration tables are a default structure to integrate with other applications such INFOR SUNSYSTEMS.

I don't know or I don't understand exacttly how can I relate the OLAP Cube defined into EPM Administration with the d/EPM Business Application. The only way that I "found" is via Application studio and/or self service, then publish the information but I couldn't find how you should interact with the data to build differents scenarios, forecast based in different parameters, etc.

Please let me know if now is more clear. I know there is a lot of information of quiestions.
