In equity accounts a line with E_FX schedule are created and eliminated in C1

Hello,

We have a very urgent issue, and it´s blocking for the client, in a consolidation v12 on cloud project.

In equity accounts with schedules and with historical exchange rates a line with schedule E_FX is created in TDETAIC and eliminated wrongly in C1 Rule.

The consequence is that rule C1 doesn´t work properly.

Has anybody had this issue?

Support team has answered me that it´s necessary to introduce exchange rateS in the schedules, although the final balance of the schedule was zero.

I have tried it but, if several schedules, (movements) are used, it doesn´t work, a line with E_FX schedule is still created and eliminated in journal for C1 (Eliminations Equity/investment).

It´s very urgent, the client cannot consolidate!!

Has anyboy this problem?
