Is it possible to create a report of reporting? I'm looking to get data on the ad hoc reports. Example who created it, how often used, etc.
I suppose you could create an (ADVANCED > CORE > Reporting > ADHOCRPT) AD HOC report for who created the report.
SSRS does log the number of times a report is ran for all those reports created in Report Manager, but I'm not sure about the AD HOC queries. Now I'm curious.
If you have access to the application root, there is a Reports folder with some audit reports.
Najin, as Joab correctly specified, who created or last modified the report will be available as on all objects. However, their is no tracking of Ad Hoc report usage.
The reports Nick has pointed to I believe are reporting on the users, licenses, and usage of the system for use in verifying usage for concurrent user licensing, and will not help with monitoring report usage.
