Secondary collection reverts to the original on Extended form

Hello,

I've extended a form (RequestTimeOff.ess) and its IDO (secondary collection 28). I replaced the base IDO and I'm able to get my custom property in the grid. But I have an extgen of the CLM. So when I try to rename / replace the secondary collection by the extended one, it reverts to the base one and doesn't accept the change.

The extended form is set to Replace base form = True.

Do you know what could be the reason ?
