Due to some special reasons, our clients have a few intangible assets with negative original values. Currently, SUN FCD function does not support depreciation calculation of such assets (refer to ERS #120732). I provided one workaround, that is, using the FAB Fixed Assets Budget function to reverse the amount to calculate depreciation in Ledger F (Negative Assets Ledger), and then using TRD to reverse copy the depreciation transactions to Actual Ledger A (Actual Ledger). However, end users feel the steps quite complicated. They request that SUN FCD function directly support depreciation calculation for intangible assets with a negative gross value. Do you have any good ideas? Thank you!
