Securing User Settings/Fields in Cloudsuite

In Cloudsuite User Settings, I want the ability to make certain fields read-only in such as the Country/Region.

I'm very familiar with Configuration Console and security, but I need to make certain fields read-only on User Settings forms.

Can this be done at all with Configuration Console or something else?

Do you mean in CSD, like the SASO or the User Fields attached to records?

In SASO, I've used the extension and added a Read Only condition, there may be a better way to do it, but I'm not aware of it.
