We are currently using the Order Shipping form to ship our customer orders. Recently, we started shipping many pre-detemined serial numbers. For example, we will have 200 items in stock that are serial tracked, and need to ship 30 specific serial numbers. Currently, we have modified the serial list on order shipping to generate over 200 serials, so we have all of our inventory to choose from, but then we have select each serial specified in a excel list which is time consuming and open to errors. What would be nice is if we could copy/paste those serials in the list, but Order Shipping does not currently work that way.
Does anyone else have this problem and possibly have a solution?
