Does FSM have built in New product request and item change request functionality within the module ?

We currently have New Item Proposals available for Buyer and Requesters.
Here's a quick high-level functionality.
New Item Proposals are goods proposed by requester or suppliers to buyers (known as “coordinators” in the item proposal process). These goods may or may not be replacing existing goods. Trial Items are a phrase for when proposed items are ordered through Requisitions and Purchase Orders, so the client can “try before they buy”.
You can find it by navigating to Application Administrator>Shared>Go to Document Management Tab>Sample Document Template Widget>All>Search for "New Item" in the Description.
You should be able to find NEWITEMPROPOSAL_ST document.
