Is there an easy way to get a developer sandbox for the cloud saas ERPs?

Hi — a number of my healthcare customers use Infor Lawson on prem. I would like to prototype purchase order support from my saas application into the Infor Cloud SaaS suite for both PO creation and PO Lookup to link activities to POs via Punch-in like capabilities using either cXML or Oauth.

Is there a developer sandbox program that makes this easy to prototype ahead of customer need?

this is available to the partner network for sure. not sure if its available outside of that. its a paid subscruption and you can choose what products you want however, most importantly, it doesnt come with test data.
