I’ve created a new set of critical numbers for the Sales Booking KPI using the SLCoitems IDO, including YTD, PTD, and WTD figures for our Sales and Customer Service teams. I also built a drilldown to show the full breakdown of orders for each period.
The challenge I’m running into is filtering the drilldown so it only shows the customer order lines that belong to each specific period (YTD, PTD, WTD). Right now, it’s returning all sales instead of just the lines that make up the critical number.
Has anyone worked through this before or knows how to limit the drilldown to only those order lines included in each period’s results?
