Can a collapsible section on an Action form be changed to display as expanded

We need to know whether a collapsed section on a form can be set to expanded when open instead of the user having to click on the icon to expand it. I have attached the screen shots of the form to show the current state and what we need for it to look like when configured.

The LPL for one of the sections that we need to show as expanded is as follows. I tried changing the line "initially collapsed" to "initially expanded" as shown in the 2nd screen shot highlighted in yellow but that did not help.

Therefore looking for some suggestions.

Your syntax looks ok. "initially expanded" or just nothing since default is expanded should have worked.

header(1|2|3|4|5) [of <Message>]

     [collapsible]

          [use show more or less affordance]

          [initially (collapsed | expanded)]	// default is expanded

Did the configuration stay active? Give enough time to refresh the screen? Maybe another user tries it in case the page state remembers your prior collapse/expansion. Or it's a bug.
