M3_H5_ToolbarShortcutButtons

Is anyone using the M3_H5_ToolbarShortcutButtons script and has an example of how to load the CUGEX1 table with the CUSEXTMI.AddFieldValue API? For example, I would like to display a button in ARS200 that calls up the function "Display draft" from the Actions menu.
From what I understand, these parameters must be saved in the CUGEX1 table.

Hi Fabio,

Are you looking to just call ARS280 when the button is pressed?

Ticking the options you would like will generate the buttons on screen. What values are you looking to pass to CUSEXTMI?

If I understand you correctly, your script logic should follow this sequence:

Button Click: The user clicks the custom link or button you added to the toolbar.

API Call: The script captures the current panel values and calls CUSEXTMI.AddFieldValue to save the parameters into the CUGEX1 table.

UI Action: The script then executes this.controller.PressKey("F21") to trigger the "Display Draft" function in ARS200.

To achieve this, here is a breakdown of the technical components:

Triggering the Function: In H5 scripting, you use the controller object to simulate keyboard input. To call "Display Draft" (F21), use: this.controller.PressKey("F21");

Loading CUGEX1 via API: you can populate it using the CUSEXTMI API. Please ensure your PK01, PK02, etc., match the index of the table you are extending.

Many thanks for your responses, they have guided me towards the solution.
In essence, in the script parameters, you can enter the colors of the buttons to the related options, actions, and options, as well as the width.

Then you need to call an API and enter, for each user and function/panel, which buttons you want to add.

For example the buttons for the related option 11, actions F21, F22, related option 12 and actions F20
Then the result is
