How to copy site for Infor SaaS

In Infor CSI, When open Site Management from. "Add Site" functionalty is available. but "Export Site, Import Site, Refresh Site and Copy Site are note available.

For Customers with more than one site, What tools are available to help copy site to another site ?

You will need to request it from Infor.

I opened site management in design mode just to have an idea.

For us, We are slowly migrating from SL8 to CSI10 Cloud.. we use copysite utility in program files (onprem) to add site to our existing CSI10 PRD Cloud DB (steps below)

1. Request DB copy of our CSI10 PRD Cloud
2. Upgrade onprem SL8 site to latest CSI10 (upgrade and uplift to latest version)
3. Add the Upgraded SL8 Site to CSI10 PRD DB using the copysite utility
4. Upload it back to Cloud.
