PR80 No Calc Add & CTP127022

Has anyone installed CTP127022? IF so, are you able to do a PR80 No Calc-Add? One of the CTP's that we installed in December for Sec Act 2.0 broke the functionality on the PR80 to do a No Calc-Add so as a workaround we are always selecting Calculate-Add instead. We were told CTP127022 MAY resolve this issue but hoping someone can confirm before we install the CTP as it requires a re-compile of over 600 programs.

The description on the CTP127022 says "PR140 Looping issue when Federal Limit Flag is ^ or L and employee has Catch-up Eligibility". That sounds major. We did not have this issue when doing testing a payroll cycle without this patch so trying to weigh the risks of not applying the patch. The readme information is so difficult to decypher.
