Linked rollover deduction is not stopped when benefit plan is stopped

We have a 403B plan set up with a linked Roth rollover deduction. Both deductions are created upon enrollment. We had an employee terminate last week and the stop on BN32 only stopped the 403B pretax deduction and left the Roth rollover deduction open. When payroll processed a deduction was taken on the rollover deduction. We cannot stop the deduction since it is linked to the benefit. How do we get both deduction s to stop when the plan is stopped?

Anyone else have this issue?

We are seeing this too, if you stop the benefit on BN32 it does not generate a stop on the PR14 for the linked deduction. It won't let you add a stop on PR14 because it's a benefit deduction. I haven't put a case out with Lawson, will do next week.
