We have a requirement from one of our customers related to Infor WMS Cloud customization.
On the “Confirm Putaway” screen, the “ToLocation” field is currently displayed as a text box. The customer is requesting to change this field to a dropdown list, where the values should be dynamically loaded from Location master data based on specific conditions (e.g., location type, zone, availability, etc.).
Could you please advise:
- Whether this type of UI customization is supported in WMS Cloud
- If so, what are the recommended approaches (configuration, personalization, extension framework, or other options)
- Any limitations or best practices we should be aware of
