We have a requirement from one of our customers regarding report/label printing with conditional text based on the number of times a transaction is printed.
- When a report is printed for the first time for a given transaction number, the label should display “Original”.
- If the same transaction number is printed again (reprint), the label should display “Duplicate”.
- This logic should apply consistently for all subsequent reprints of the same transaction.
We would appreciate your guidance on the feasibility of implementing this requirement in Infor Birst, along with any recommended approaches or best practices.
