Is it possible to bulk export OS Portal Bookmarks for all Users?

Is anyone aware of a method to bulk export OS Portal Bookmarks for all users?

The "https://mingle-portal.inforcloudsuite.com/v2/portal/api/<TENANT_ID>/bookmark/list" endpoint appears to only return the current user's bookmarks.

The payload for this request only includes localization data, but the request also requires an X-Infor-Authorization header which I'm assuming is a user specific app token.

Sorry Andy, I was trying to answer another question and somehow answered yours. I do not know of a bookmarks API.

Thank you for reaching out with your question. Currently, there isn’t a built-in feature or API endpoint that allows for a bulk export of all users’ bookmarks in OS Portal. The existing API (/bookmark/list) is designed to return bookmarks for the authenticated user only.

If there’s a specific use case or set of bookmarks you need, one possible approach would be to work through support to run database queries for that data. This typically requires appropriate permissions and may involve resolving user information through IFS APIs, as the bookmark data does not directly include usernames or emails.

We’ve discussed internally that this type of functionality could fit into future enhancements for admin-level bookmark management, but it’s not available today.

Could you share more about the reason for needing all users’ bookmarks? Understanding the use case will help us explore alternatives or prioritize this for future development.

We are in the process of moving to the FSM Web App Consolidation that is being forced in the April 2026 CU. One component of that project is to review existing bookmarks and confirm if they still function after the Web App Consolidation is enabled.

The ability to export all Bookmarks would enable admins to sync bookmarks across tenants, instead of relying on users to export / import their Bookmarks from PRD into a test tenant in order to test the Bookmarks.

I should note, what is possibly already a known issue, that when exporting / importing Bookmarks across tenants the tenant ID in the URL is not updated, so if a user exports their Bookmarks from PRD and imports them into TRN, they will all be broken until the user updates the tenant ID in each URL.

Thanks for the info, I have talked it over with the Portal team and we decided this would be a good enhancement. Here is the proposed solution:

Provide an admin-level capability to:

Search and retrieve bookmarks for all users within a tenant.
Export bookmarks in bulk for all users (or filtered by criteria).
Perform search-and-replace operations on bookmark URLs (e.g., update tenant ID or host part).
Clean import/replace functionality (avoid duplicates when re-importing).

In the interim is there any potential solution for migrating bookmarks between tenants while we test the Web App consolidation (forced in April, but we are targeting for completion before that)?

This is just something we are proposing. We will need you to enter this as an enhancement request and we will watch it for endorsements.
