Hi everyone,
We recently submitted an enhancement request for Infor WFM – Review Clocks and I wanted to share it here because many of you may be experiencing the same challenge.
When a timekeeper receives a Review Clocks request, the employee number is visible in the Inbox and Subject line. However, once the interaction is opened, the Review Clocks page itself does not display the employee name or employee number — only the clock details with Approve/Reject buttons.
In high-volume payroll environments, timekeepers are frequently interrupted while reviewing clock corrections. Without visible employee identification on the Review Clocks page, reviewers often have to rely on memory or navigate away from the screen to confirm which employee they’re reviewing. This introduces unnecessary friction and increases the risk of confusion, rework or incorrect approvals.
This feels like a small, high-value usability enhancement that would immediately benefit payroll and timekeeping teams across industries.
