We are currently using Mongoose Reporting in an ERP cloud environment to develop and run custom reports.
When printing a report via a button on the screen, a pop-up blocking message appears.
Notably, standard system reports are displayed correctly, while only the newly developed custom report shows the pop-up blocking message.
We have confirmed that the issue can be bypassed by manually allowing the URL in the browser settings.
However, this approach depends on individual user environments, so we would like to ask whether there is a way to control or resolve this behavior within the ERP cloud environment itself (such as Infor OS or CSI settings) rather than relying on browser-specific settings.
We would appreciate your guidance on this matter.
