I’m trying to implement the Value+ Customer Order Creation flow by following the procedure described in KB3628189 (https://customerportal.infor.com/csmcore?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB3628189).
I followed the documentation step by step and the configuration seems correct, however during the Quests running the process fails on the “Score Custom Algorithm” node.
The issue is that the error returned is generic and no detailed message or useful logs are provided, so I’m not able to understand the root cause or how to proceed. I would like to know if any of you have successfully implemented this KB3628189 flow and whether you encountered similar issues with this specific node, or if there are any undocumented configurations, prerequisites, or workarounds that need to be applied. Any feedback or shared experience would be greatly appreciated, thanks in advance.
