problem with mail delivery from IDM

I experience some problems with sending out some emails. I have job sucesfully finished , document is stored in IDM . XML and JSON files looks ok.
Email looks like sent but neaver reach out the receipient. This happens from time to time for different printer files. And today i had a case that one users send the same document 2 of those received sucesfully , the last one lost somewhere. Any hints will be appriciated. From SMTP side looks like at this particular time there was no mails ?

Hi Jacek,

We are having doubts as well and are (also) trying to investigate the issue.

Thing I noticed was having jobs on "In Progress" in IDM Job management. That seems largely solved by adding memory to the CFT/EC processes on local server (presumably for the storage of xml/json files when using Save in MNS204)
That also seems to have solved missing paper printed picking lists (during automatic release of the PL's, single ones went fine).
So far, we are using the Infor standard (Sendgrid) solution, not our company mailservers. That makes it a little hard checking the actual sending of emails.

Interested to see what other reactions come here.

We use our own SMTP configured through the self service portal so we can track all email history through mimecast. Aside from this, make sure users don't have the sending email address blocked or flagged as junk. If MNS270 is in status FIN and IDM is in status OK, this should indicate the email is sent properly. Always a good idea to try other email addresses like gmail to see what works and what doesn't.

For paper print outs, make sure you have your EC settings optimized as the original installation does not set certain settings properly. See KB2244361 in customer portal for more info.
