Recently (current month) we have observed that the saved data in the Infor OS Add-In for Excel (connection file, credentials, saved queries) disappear randomly from time to time. This happens to multiple users. Up to a few weeks ago, this had never happened.
Is this a known behavior? What may be the cause?
