Q: Can we call soap call instead of API's ? We are on-prem customer using LN/ C4ws deployed . Mongoose is available on prem. Can we connect Mongoose with internal .net application and Infor LN
A: Mongoose can be used to connect with SOAP services, but it involves a more programatic approach, vs REST APIs. Mongoose provides wizard tools to connect with REST APIs via the API Gateway.
Q: Any AI tools available to assist with development
A: Working on it. :) Stay tuned!
Q: You showed how Infor Mongoose is used to integrate with an ERP. My question is: if we need to extend Infor WMS itself — for example by adding custom logic or extending WMS screens — can Mongoose also be used for that purpose, or is it intended mainly for integrations and external extensions?
A: Mongoose can be used to create extensibility solutions, but not within your ERP per se. There are ways to make forms appear in some of the Infor Apps, but it depends on the ERP capabilities. Generally the extensibility is stand alone to the ERP, unless the ERP is built on Mongoose ( SyteLine, Factory Track )
Q: Hi, If we use Mongoose form to input any details, will that data be available in Data lake API's ?
A: You can have Mongoose post the information back to DataLake and then use DataLake to connect the data. Or you can access DataLake data within Mongoose itself via API.
Q: I missed the beginning of this, would Mongoose be good within the Healthcare space?
A: Mongoose can work with Healthcare apps provided they have APIs or post data to the Data Fabric

Q: Can these filters applied to the Workspace to expand and apply to Birst Widgets
A: Birst Dashboards have their own filter criteria which is deeply embedded into Birst. Because of this we are working on new workspaces dedicated to Birst Dashboards.
Q: How will Mongoose change when CSD moves to PostgreSQL ?
A: Mongoose is working on a version that runs on Aurora ( PostGres ), but that is not yet available and will be awhile before it affects Cloudsuite.
Q: Is there a KB I can subscribe to in order to track the Mongoose Aurora progress ?
A: Our roadmaps are published in Concierge, stay tuned there to find out when we will have it available, but we do not have it as a deliverable for 2026 at this point. Additionally, it will be something that will require roll out, so there is lots of runway.
Q: Why does infor allow development capability for mongoose in PRD?
A: With Mongoose you can control development and promotion between tenants as you wish. You can disable development in PRD if you wish and do all development in DEV, TST tenants and then promote to PRD.
Q: When using drillback URLs, will it always open a new tab in the destination? I noticed the tabs get duplicated if you click the link multiple times instead of opening the existing tab
A: For M3, the obvious first choice is Experience Designer because it is within the M3 sphere. Mongoose can be used when you might want to externalize the data into a stand alone application, or be able to go deeper than experience designer can.
Q: Does mongoose support use of pipelines to allow promotion of software between tenants
A: We support local packages, and global packages for movement of solutions inside and outside of tenants.
Q: How do i access the Mongoose environment? I cannot find it or how to access.
A: As mentioned in the webinar, you have entitlement to Mongoose with your CloudSuite. Put in a support ticket to have it provisioned to your tenants.
Q: Can I build Mongoose forms that will get data from LN and then feed back any data changes?
A: Provided that you have APIs to read and write to your ERP and supporting the functionality you wish to use, you can use Mongoose to develop solutions using the APIs.

Q: Is Mongoose licensed separately, or is access included with a CloudSuite/M3 license?
A: Mongoose is included with Infor OS Business Essentials and above.
Q: We have Infor CSI. Does that include Mongoose? I'm not sure if CSI is at or about Infor Business Essentials.
A: CSI is built using the Mongoose framework. You have development licenses in CSI to do personalization on top of CSI, which includes all the functionality that was demonstarted.
Q: I'm not sure if I missed it - where do you actually go to create a custom Mongoose application? Is it within the Infor OS interface for our tenant?
A: At the end of the presentation we will talk about how you can have Mongoose provisioned into your tenant. Basically you have entitlement to it with Infor Business Essentials and above.

A: If it is API based, then definitely.

A: Yes you can access your CloudSuite and associated applications including Mongoose solutions via your phone.
