At the City of Rockford we were using dataminer successfully for years and then we upgraded to 11.2.24xx and it hasn't been the same since. We went from it not populating the fields with values from our GIS to it populating every ward that we have (there are 15) like 1,2,3,4,5… for the address. This causes an issue as the field only accepts up to 2 characters. We have been told by Infor Support and they were told by Infor Development that this was fixed in 11.2.202507. I have updated our TEST environment to 11.2.202507 and nothing has changed regarding dataminer. I am looking to see what other Infor customers are using dataminer and what version you are on. Also I am looking to see what customers were told or to expect to get this fixed? I again have a ticket opened with Infor Support #CS1382558.
If you are on an older version and have dataminer working I would like to know that so I can point to that to Infor Support so they can see what they might have changed as I am not sure if they having a working version still.
