During the deployment of the Hotfix 2025.12.06 release, a script was inadvertently included that swapped your Cognos reports for the Jasper equivalents.
The move to Jasper reporting has been in the works for over two years now and we are at the point where we were planning to implement this switch in the coming weeks. Communication was drafted and scheduled to go out to inform you next week of the upcoming conversion. Again, the change at this time was unplanned.
The Customer Experience team has been working with properties to switch schedules and reports over to the Jasper base reports from Cognos; each case will be evaluated by the Infor team. We won’t be reverting all Cognos reports but will continue to evaluate where adjustments make sense. The issues identified earlier with Jasper reports have been addressed with the 2025.12.06 release and if there are lingering issues, we will be logging change requests / fixes with our development team to address them as quickly as possible.
