how can we search Workflow Instances for specific details?

We are in the process of setting up LN CE's OCM (Object Configuration Management) feature to trigger an ION Workflow (LN_DA_PurchaseOrder) for a purchase order approval.

We have updated the standard Workflow to allow several approval steps. The 'Send Finished Workflow Data to Data Fabric' option is checked.

We can find Workflow Instances under ION -> Monitors & Workflows -> Active Workflows, select a Workflow Name, then use the Workflow Instances option. When we go to the Task/Notification details, we can see who completed a task.

How can we quickly find the Workflow Instance(s) triggered for a specific purchase order?

We checked the archived Workflow Instances in Data Fabric, but the data stored there no longer appears to include task details with the purchase order information.

Has anyone come across a way to solve this requirement?

@Kiran Kolluri Thank you, this is good information. Though, I might still be stuck. The business requirement is that they want to be able to audit who approved the approval task(s) of the workflow. I think that the detail of the completed activities is eventually lost, e.g., it is not archived in Data Fabric and when there is a new workflow revision, the old (archived) workflow revisions do not have this information anymore.

@Stephan Woessmann The OCM‑enabled table contains the workflow status in tdpur400. Just copy the field value and search for the document in ION OneView

Hi Prabodha Amarapema,

Thanks for your assumption comment. The workflow is getting triggered by a Process.Workflow BOD. I can see those in OneView. I am possibly missing something, but how would I search those in OneView to find the needed purchase order number in the content?
