I'll try to keep this short. my group HR Service Delivery is migrating from AWS NCR to xPrd TAM
we have a DB for an old customer who started to implement but didnt finish and just kind of disappeared. I cant find any trace of this customer in CSP, Gainsight, ServiceNow or Infor Xtreme. this was early days of CSP no SPT, no Termination or cancellation order was received.
Any help appreciated
